Gunkan Sushi

Rice  rolled in an oval shape and wrapped with a high nori strip that forms a container abundantly filled with a soft or thinly sliced ingredient.
There are several varieties of gunkan sushi, but its filling is usually made by different types of fish and see urchin eggs.
